From the moment he came into the kitchen to look at our dead garbage disposal—it was like watching a machine with precision, skill, and confidence operating at the highest level. What I admired the most, was his honesty. After taking it apart we talked and decided we didn’t need a new one at all. We went with new piping and accessories (that he supplied on the spot) and secured the wires in an electric box—in case the next owners of the house want to put in a disposal system. January 3, 2026 ⭐️Fast Arrival and installation ⭐️Quality Craftmanship ⭐️Fair Pricing Our bathrooms are really tiny, so having the right size toilet really matters. We had a toilet in our furnace room that finally we decided to have installed. It was down there for years, as we called another plumber and he told us how to install it ourselves. Well, my husband finally decided to get it out, and we called Jost at JWM Mechanical, and he set a date for the next week, days before Christmas to get it done. Within an afternoon, a few hours because the flange was broken, it took longer but it was really a good job he did. It works perfectly, and it was a dual flusher we found out. So we also decided to replace our other 2 toilets which are in really tiny bathrooms, and I was really so glad Jost recommended to me to go to EMCO, and look at their selection of toilets, as I looked in Home Depot and Reno and didn’t find what I wanted. I chose the elongated compact one piece, which is so compact and really fits well in those tiny bathrooms, where we had the round front style before. They both were perfect. Jost also gave us a discount on the 2 toilets from EMCO. It actually gives us more space, we can actually open the cabinet drawers now for both bathrooms. And they both look really great. The downstairs toilet is really awesome, and elongated is especially needed, as well as the flushing is whisper quiet, and a different flushing system altogether. The old one ran on and on. So thanks for all your work you did, especially getting the one pieces fitting nicely around the hose line coming out of the floor and adjusting one of the hose lines out of the way slightly so I could install these type of toilets. This was a ‘ middle of the night’ plumbing emergency. Water leaking through a pot light from landlords suite down into ours. We first saw it at 1030 pm laid towels, bucket etc and desperately tried to let the ppl upstairs know. No luck. I tried at least 5 nanaimo plumbing companies that advertised 24/7 service. No luck there either. I was told by one that without landlords permission they couldn’t enter our suite. All the others simply didn’t answer. 4 hours later I decide I need to try one more … happened to be Jost at JWN. He called back immediately. 3 am. He tried to walk us through getting hot water valve shut off… but to no avail. He arrived about 15 minutes later. Shut water off at the road. Took fixture down safely. Etc. Fast, efficient service in the middle of the night. Very reasonable price. Amazing service.
